The Resort
Kyklades is an elegant and carefully considered Resort. It consists of a mixture of various types of properties, all designed to the finest detail and surrounded by landscaped gardens and tree lined avenues offering a unique and enjoyable experience. Lifts are available in each block and a private allocated parking space is provided for each property. The Resort offers a relaxed feeling and the opportunity to enjoy each moment of your vacation.

The Townhouse
This two bedroom townhouse features an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The superior standard of finish has been extended with a fully fitted kitchen and all necessary kitchen wares. The lounge area has been tastefully furnished and equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The bedrooms consist of one double and twin beds with built-in wardrobes and bed side cabinets for your convenience. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year round comfort.
The spacious patio is decorated with a wooden pergola where you can enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family.
Location
Kyklades Resort is located in the Kapparis area within walking distance of main strip, an area blessed with the sea and sun, only few minutes away from the beautiful seashores of Ayia Triada and Kapparis and close to all amenities, bus routes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

Check In – Out: Check-In: After 15:00
Check-Out: Before 11:00
Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.
Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.
Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1
Restrictions: -Pets are not allowed
-This is a no smoking Property
-No Bachelor Parties accepted
-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
-Parties are not allowed in the properties.
