This cozy 3-bedroom Villa with pool is situated in Kapparis area, offers privacy and tranquility. It is near the Malama sandy beach and close to all amenities and services.

The ground floor features an open plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. A separate guest WC completes the set found on this level.

Moving up to the first floor, three double bedrooms are provided, which one of them offer an en suite shower and all of them sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms are provided with built in wardrobes, air conditioning units for endless comfort.

One of the greatest advantage of this beautiful villa is the outdoor area, where the private pool (3 x 6m, depth 1m to 1.5m) is set nicely surrounded by sunbeds, lounges and BBQ with a poolside shower for relaxing moments.

The payment Currency is in Euros (€) and it can be made by any VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit/debit card (small fee of 3% will be incurred) or by bank transfer to our bank account. Supplements and any additional requests are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
