The villa consists of two levels, where the elegant and luxury décor of the villa is adorned with beautiful colours and modern furnishings. In the open plan living and dining area, you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends. On this level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a singles air- conditioned bedroom as well as a separated guest WC with shower.

The stairs lead you to three tastefully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and two double beds combining a range of delightful touches and comforting features. The bedrooms are sharing the same sea view balcony overlooking the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The family bathroom located on the same floor offers a shower and there is also an en-suite shower.

The outdoor area provides a spacious deck with sunbeds and sun lounges, surrounding the tempting crystal clear waters of the pool (dimensions is 7m x 3, depth 90 going to 150). A BBQ is available for dinning al fresco at the elegant outdoor dining area.

Villa Nissi Pearl 3 is the ideal location for couples, families, and friends. It is located in the prime Ayia Napa area, just few steps from a scenic beach and walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other amenities.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.45 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:   -Pets are not allowed

-This is a no smoking Property

-No Bachelor Parties accepted

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 25 years old accepted.
