Security Deposit:
A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity:
Listed rates include 250 kWh of electricity per week, which is more than sufficient for normal household use.
Additional electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.45 per kWh.

Children:
The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs allowed per room is one (1).
