How do I book a Property?

To reserve a property, please select the property of your choice, enter the arrival and departure dates from the calendar, enter any additional requirements you may wish and click Inquiry Now. Upon receipt of your Booking Inquiry, we will send you a request by email for the booking deposit. By the time you receive our email, you will have 24 hours for the confirmation payment of your booking deposit. Once the deposit is paid, we will confirm your booking by sending you a booking confirmation email within 48 hours.

 

Do you have Minimum Stay Requirement?

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

 

How much do I have to pay for my holiday and when?

30% deposit of total rental amount is required to secure the booking. The balance of 70% of the total rental amount shall be paid any time but no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 5 weeks prior to arrival, then the total rental amount shall be paid in full.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-In time is any time after 2pm and Check-out time is any time before 11am unless otherwise arranged with our company.

 

Where do we pick the keys up from for our booked holiday home?

All of our properties are fitted with a ‘key safe’ (a small box located near the front door) which has a 4-digit lock. Once you have made a booking you will receive a booking confirmation with the directions to the holiday home and a number of the 4-digit code to enter the holiday home.

 

Can you arrange transfers from the airport to the villa and return?

Yes we can arrange a Private Taxi or Transporter to pick you up from the Airport. The transfer driver will meet you at the arrival gate and take you directly to your holiday home. The driver knows your destination so leave the rest to him. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

Can you arrange car hire?

Yes, we can arrange car hire and make the booking for you via our subsidiary company CARZO RENT A CAR. Book your holiday home online and receive a discount on car hire rates.

Can I add on any extras after I have booked my accommodation?

Yes we can arrange airport transfers, car hire, welcome package, children package, property essentials and any other special requests.

 

Is cleaning included in the price and if so how often?

The property is cleaned prior to arrival. For more than 7 nights at some of our properties, we provide a mid-clean for each corresponding week until your departure date. We can provide additional cleanings upon requests and at extra costs.

 

Are there any Utility Charges?

Some of our properties are including electricity in total rental amount and some of our properties include an electricity allowance, which is more than sufficient, from 150 Kwh to 350 Kwh per week (depending from the property).

 

Is there a Group or an Age Restriction?

We DO NOT accept Groups under the age of 22 years old.

 

What happens if I cannot come on my holiday will I lose all my money?

You may cancel your booking at any time, however a cancellation fee will apply.
