The Complex

Yiasemi Complex is an elegant complex consisting of various types of apartments, all designed to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience.  Lifts are available in each block and a private allocated parking space is provided for each property.

The Apartment

This cozy apartment is located on the first floor features an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and a full view patio from inside. The kitchen provides all necessary kitchen wares and the lounge area has been furnished properly for your comfort.

The main bedroom consists of one double bed and the other bedroom consists of two single beds with built-in wardrobes and bed side cabinets for your convenience. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year round comfort.

The outdoor spacious patio is surrounded by trees and flowers where you can enjoy your relaxing moments with you family.

Yiasemi Complex is located in Kapparis area within walking distance of Kapparis main strip, an area blessed with the sea and sun, near the beautiful seashores of Kapparis and Firemans beach and and close to all amenities, offered by the tourist area of Kapparis.

• Check-Out:  Before 11:00

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.25 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:  

• Pets are not allowed
• This is a no smoking Property
• No Bachelor Parties accepted
• No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
• Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
