Villa Camelia is the ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends.
The cozy interior features three bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area.
The lower level of the villa houses the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas with TV and Android Box for unending entertainment. The dining room can seat up to six people. Also, a double room and a guest toilet with shower are available on ground floor.
The upper level contains a double bedroom and a singles bedroom. A balcony offers a beautiful calming sea view. The family bathroom offers a shower.
All rooms are fitted with air condioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year round comfort.
.5The outdoor area of the Villa comprises of the private pool 6.8m x 2.5m (depth from 1m to 1.4m, unheated), outdoor dining furniture and sunbeds beside the pool where you can lounge and soak the sun. A shaded area by the kitchen is also available, where you can have lunch during the day.
Villa Camelia is located in a prime location in Protaras, with walking distance to many amenities such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Several beaches are also in a walking distance from the Villa. It is also very closed to the Protaras’ pedestrian route where you can take enjoyable walks by the sea and end up at Protaras popular beaches.
The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 3 minutes drive away, and Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away. Paralimni town centre is a 8 minutes drive.
Local buses stop is in a walking distance with the Villa.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.
Electricity: Listed Rates include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.
Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1
Restrictions: -Pets are not allowed

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
