Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:   -Pets are not allowed

-This is a no smoking Property

-No Bachelor Parties accepted

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.

-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
