This Luxury and Elegant Villa provides a luxurious open plan area comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with an individual system in every area, which is temperature adjustable to cater for the comfort of all guests.

Moving upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are double and the third one singles.

The outdoor space is also very comfortable and spacious. In the outside area there is a dinning set, BBQ and sunbeds. The private swimming pool of 7.3m x 3m (depth 1.20-1.60m) is surrounded by sunbeds. A BBQ is also provided for enjoyable moments with friends and family.

Ann- Ophelia Villa is located in a quite Complex. The Complex is located in Pernera area which is just on the outskirts of the holiday resort of Protaras and the residential and administrative town of Paralimni. Its a quiet area with many amenities such as supermarkets, good restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the beautiful beaches of Pernera Kapparis, Malama and Ayia Triada, only 3-5 minutes drive from the Villa.

The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is only a 10 minutes drive and Ayia Napa 15 minutes away with Paralimni town center just a 5 minutes drive.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.45 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:   -Pets are not allowed

-This is a no smoking Property

-No Bachelor Parties accepted

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 25 years old accepted.

-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
