The Complex

KRONOS Complex is a prestigious project on the east side of the island between the town of Paralimni and the tourist area of Kapparis, which have wonderful views of the sea and the city of Famagusta. A few minutes from beautiful beaches of Kapparis and in close proximity to schools, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The Apartment

This one bedroom apartment has a luxurious balcony, private parking, shared pool.

This apartment is situated on the first  floor and it features an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen. The superior standard of finish has been extended to a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary kitchen wares to make preparing a meal a pleasure.

The lounge has been tastefully furnished and equipped with Satellite TV comfort is provided in good quality lounge seating consisting of a corner sofas .

Just off the lounge is a sunny veranda with patio table and a seating.

The bedroom consists of twin beds, built-in wardrobes and side table for your convenience. Split air-conditioning has been provided throughout the apartment offering year round comfort. In keeping with the superior quality of furnishings, the granite  flooring is complimented by the detailed finishing touches and double glazed windows.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.25 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:

• -Pets are not allowed
• -This is a no smoking Property
• -No Bachelor Parties accepted
• -No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
• -Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
