Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.
Electricity: Listed Rates include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.45 per Kwh.
Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1
