Bluebell Holiday Home in Kapparis is the ideal home for families or groups of friends.

The lower level of the villa comprises the living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate guest room. The living room features comfortable sofas with TV for unending entertainment and the dining area features a four seated dining table for a homely lunch or a romantic dinner.

The upper level consists of two bedrooms, where the Master bedroom provides a double bed and the other bedroom consist of a bulk bed and a single bed, both sharing the family bathroom with shower.

All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year-round comfort.

The outdoor area of the villa comprises of a patio with outdoor dining furniture where you can lounge and soak in the sun or prepare a BBQ meal. The pergola infront of the villa offers a nice shade for those who do not prefer the sun.

Bluebell Holiday Home is located in a complex in the Kapparis Area, a quiet touristic area at the outskirts of Kapparis with many amenities such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and bus routes. Just few minutes walking distance from the villa is the Maad beach.

The beautiful, well knownen Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 minute drive away, and Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away.  Paralimni town centre is a 7 minutes drive.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.45 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:   -Pets are not allowed

-This is a no smoking Property

-No Bachelor Parties accepted

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.

-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
