Villa Carina 02 is the ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends.
The modern interior features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area and office/study area.
The lower level of the villa houses the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas with Netflix for unending entertainment. The dining room can seat six people. A study/ office room and a shower are available on basement.
The upper level contains the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and en suite shower. The second room has double bed, TV as also en suit shower. The balcony from the second bedroom offers view to the nature for a relaxing moment after a long day on the beach.
All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year round comfort and black out blinds.
The outdoor area of the Villa comprises of the private pool 8mx3m (unheated, depth 1-1.80m), outdoor dining furniture and sunbeds beside the pool where you can lounge and soak the sun.
Villa Carina is located in a complex with other similar Villas in Pernera Area. Pernera Area is a quiet touristic area of Protaras with many amenities such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. It is also very closed to the Protaras’ pedestrian route where you can take enjoyable walks by the sea and end up at Protaras popular beaches.
The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 5 minute drive away, and Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away. Paralimni town centre is a 8 minutes drive.
Local buses stop is in a walking distance with the Villa.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.
Electricity: Listed Rates include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.
Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1
Restrictions: -Pets are not allowed

-No Bachelor Parties accepted
-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
