The Town House

This is a two bedroom semi-detached townhouse with an open plan area comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The dining area consists of a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar with two extra seats. The living area has a 3 piece suite, as well as a coffee table and flat screen TV. There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen door opens out to the back covered patio where you can enjoy a BBQ. There is also a front patio, where you can enjoy the sea breeze with a glass of wine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a family bathroom. They include a double bed and twin beds. The main bedroom opens out on to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Air-conditioning is installed throughout the house offering year round comfort.

Location

This townhouse is within walking distance of Pernera and close to all amenities, bus routes, bars, restaurants and only two minutes walk from the beach. It is also very closed to the Protaras’ pedestrian route where you can take enjoyable walks by the beach.

The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 5 minute drive away, and Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away.  Paralimni town centre is a 5 minute drive and the property is very close to local buses routes.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:

• -Pets are not allowed
• -This is a no smoking Property
• -No Bachelor Parties accepted
• -No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
• -Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
