The House

This house provides a luxurious open plan area comprising of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The dining area consists of a dining table for 6. The living area has a 2 and a 3 seat sofas, as well as a coffee table and a big Flat Screen TV. The one Bedroom with double bed is on the Ground Floor, with a shower room and toilet. The other two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, are upstairs and sharing a family bathroom. A big sharing balcony for two bedrooms upstairs has a fantastic sea side view where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.
On the ground floor, patio doors open out to the outdoor veranda where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner in this peaceful area.
Mothers of young children will appreciate the fact that this property has no swimming pool, making it entirely safe for children and allowing them a lot of space to play in the grass area.

Location

This villa is within walking distance of a nice and quiet beach, lombardi beach, and close to supermarket, bus routes and restaurants. The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 5 minute drive away, Konnos Beach also 5 minutes drive way and Ayia Napa only 10 minutes away.  Paralimni town centre is a 15 minute drive.

Check In – Out:

• Check-In:     After 16:00
• Check-Out:  Before 10:00

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.

Electricity: Listed Rates include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh.

Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1

Restrictions:

• -Pets are not allowed
• -This is a no smoking Property
• -No Bachelor Parties accepted
• -No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 22 years old accepted.
• -Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
