This Luxury and Elegant Villa offers views over the glorious Mediterranean Sea. The villa provides a luxurious open plan area comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with an individual system in every area, which is temperature adjustable to cater for the comfort of all guests.
The ambience inside the villa is light and the use of white wood and splashes of color makes you feel relaxed. Moving upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms all with en- suite offering an array of comfortable spaces for a deep relaxing slumber at the end of each day. Two of the bedrooms have an extra touch of splendor with access to a sea view balcony for those late romantic nightcaps under the stars.
The outdoor space is also luxuriously furnished to the highest quality and detail. In the outside area there is a large dinning table that comfortably accommodates the dining needs of 8 persons and a lounge area with an outdoor TV. The private overflow swimming pool of 8mx4m is surrounded by sunbeds. A BBQ is also provided for enjoyable moments with friends and family.
‘Casa Di Marina’ is located in a Complex with 28 Villas in a Greek Style design. The Complex is located in Kapparis area which is just on the outskirts of the holiday resort of Protaras and the residential and administrative town of Paralimni. Its a quiet area with many amenities such as supermarkets, good restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the beautiful beaches of Kapparis, Malama and Ayia Triada, only 3-5 minutes drive from the Villa.
The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is only a 10 minutes drive and Ayia Napa 15 minutes away with Paralimni town center just a 5 minutes drive.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any maintenance issues or damages/breakages must be reported immediately.
Electricity: Listed Rates include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.25 per Kwh.
Children cot: The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1
Restrictions: -Pets are not allowed

-No unaccompanied groups of under average age of 25 years old accepted.
-Parties are not allowed in the properties. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise.
